MBA with minimum 10 years experience in relevant field. -Must have the capacity to establish and implement administrative policies, procedures and practice, maintain and administrate staff by recruiting, orienting training, development and developing personal growth opportunities.
-Able to communicate and manage multi national and multi state employees.
-Implement a proper Camping, mess and other welfare facilities.
-Working experience in Oil and Gas Petrochemical Construction Companies preferred.
-MS Office, Email, Windows‐based PC applications
-Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
-Admin Budget preparation, Quality Management system implementation, Set up managing process, Organization set-up, Training, Communication process, Disciplinary process, Motivating skills and Reporting Skills.
-Age limit below 40.
-Gulf experience preferred.
