The Role: Support the development of strong relationships directly with customers, brokers and internal business partners that lead to the achievement of business retention and earnings targets. Supports the SME Sales team in the achievement of the revenue goals for the assigned regional territory - Responsible for supporting retention and development of existing broker / client relationships and business - Maintains awareness of competitive landscape - Supports SME Sales team with Individual sales efforts - Maintains up to date data in the system, collates and sends monthly / weekly business reports to Sales Director - Articulate the Aetna Global Value Proposition - To take responsibility to always actively treat customers fairly (TCF) and support/ drive any TCF initiative Salary: 18000
