Job Overview

The Role

The mission is to coordinate strategic objectives setting, to provide analytical information by developing a deep understanding of the Business results, quantifying the impact of action plans and validating business assumptions against historical experience, performs variance analyses, analyzes results, suggests corrective actions, drive investment processes and authorization, manage controlling referentials, and coordinate strategic objectives settings with the F&Admin Manager. - Ensure the compliancy of the analytical structure to answer new business requirements or improve analysis - Ensures that investment decisions are adequately evaluated and that progress are measured and reported - Establishes accurate business reporting with diagnoses based on facts - Reviews reports to analyze projections of sales and profit against actual figures, budgeted expenses against final totals, requirements for capital, land, buildings, and an increase in the work force. - Oversees the compliance with business rules and performs comparisons. - Periodically monitors, analyses and summarizes: profit and loss account, cash flow, balance sheet, investments and others specific indicators linked to the business plan (profit per products) in close relation with CFO - Coordinates result analysis - Performs analysis on sales (price/volume/flow). Measures impact on P&L - Performs costs/suppliers analysis on purchased goods and energy supply (gas and electricity) - Performs costs analysis - Reports results and gaps and makes comments/suggest corrective actions to management committee in close coordination with the CFO - Tracks the efficiency programs - Perform variance analysis - Performs investment diagnostics and monitors the decision process - Ensures that investment decisions are adequately evaluated and that progress are measured and reported - Contributes to the evaluation of investment projects and drives the decision process within the entity - Enhances the reporting systems - Ensure the compliancy of the analytical structure to answer new business requirements or improve analysis - Provide to cost and profit center responsible the relevant information to follow their field of responsibility - Coordinate target process & standard price calculation - Suggests methods for improving the planning process as appropriate - Manages the Operations Control team - Supervises and motivates team members, sets individual objectives, appraises performances and involvement - Establishes development goals (training), assesses objectives achievements, deliverables quality and ensures resources allocation

Requirements

- University degree in Business Administration, Economics - Master in Finance will be a plus - 3 years experience in a similar position - Strong know how in ERP system - Strong knowledge in excel management - Accounting financial skills - Rigorous and efficient - Stress resistant to cope with delay - Good communication with operations and corporate
