Train, Coach and support the development of UAE Nationals based on their development programs so that they attain the site specific knowledge and skills required to perform as per the company standards.
For operators / technician and Sr. Operator / Sr. Technicians: Design and Continuously develop the Competency Assurance System Development Program (CAS-DP) for each site specific section/ department requirements.
For UAE graduates / Engineers: Continuously developing the existing Competency Assurance Management System Development Frame Work (CAMS-DFW) by incorporating the site specific real works / tasks for each site specific section/ department requirements
Assess the competence of candidates against the established standards.( SVQ).
Design, prepare, and continuously develop the required site specific training materials.
Provide necessary recommendations to ensure that the training activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.
10. Conduct On Job Training / Coaching sessions in the plant and in the workshop in coordination with the line Supervisors / Engineers to ensure that the candidates achieve the competencies necessary to perform various tasks safely, efficiently and effectively as per the company standards.
