The Company Due to rapid expansion an established and reputable Food & Beverages organisation is looking to recruit an experienced Key Account Manager to join and manage a friendly and busy team. The ideal candidate must be an Arabic speaker with 3-5 years experience in a similar environment. The Role - Develop and implement company product lines in the retail segment of Hypermarket channel - Formulate & achieve complete business plan - As a team leader the candidate must be able to manage a sales and merchandiser team - Achieve Sales & Margin target for the division concerned. - Communicate effectively to internal and external contacts to ensure achieved targets - Organize and manage training schedules for staff. - Control & analyze monthly incentives report to boost the sales and ensure timely submission of incentive & OT reports to HR department. - Control permanently standards with the control forms (prices, planogram, hygiene, merchandising, out of stock, quality…) - Control each POS warehouse (hygiene, stock level, temperature) - Account management including monthly payment schedules - Perform monthly inventory for each branch & analyze discrepancies - Identify and implement strategies to improve business growth. Salary: 16000
