Due to rapid expansion an established and reputable Food & Beverages organisation is looking to recruit an experienced Key Account Manager to join and manage a friendly and busy team. The ideal candidate must be an Arabic speaker with 3-5 years experience in a similar environment.
– Develop and implement company product lines in the retail segment of Hypermarket channel
– Formulate & achieve complete business plan
– As a team leader the candidate must be able to manage a sales and merchandiser team
– Achieve Sales & Margin target for the division concerned.
– Communicate effectively to internal and external contacts to ensure achieved targets
– Organize and manage training schedules for staff.
– Control & analyze monthly incentives report to boost the sales and ensure timely submission of incentive & OT reports to HR department.
– Control permanently standards with the control forms (prices, planogram, hygiene, merchandising, out of stock, quality…)
– Control each POS warehouse (hygiene, stock level, temperature)
– Account management including monthly payment schedules
– Perform monthly inventory for each branch & analyze discrepancies
– Identify and implement strategies to improve business growth.
