Client seeks an experienced HR Manager to assist their global growth from China and UAE.
The position will be based full time in China but will require extensive travel to Dubai and wider GCC countries as this is the target growth area for the business.
Individuals with experience in GCC countries in HR Management, out sourcing and large scale man power recruitment will be preferred
– Senior management position to assist decision makers to develop company strategy.
– Assist decision makers to develop business development plans and business plans, and coordinate the implementation of various departments.
– Collect market information, analyze and coordinate business development.
– At least 15 years working experience in HR or headhunting company. At least 5 years’ experience in management or operation of Human Resources Company or headhunting company in the Middle East.
– Strong organizational and leadership skills, good English communication and management skills.
– Strong analytical skills, planning ability, decision-making ability and ability to work under pressure.
– Have passion for work and entrepreneurial spirit.
– Workplace: China
– Can speak Chinese is preferred.
