As part of your role, you will be accountable for the procurement and systems administration and data management, ensuring that all policies are implemented in line with company requirements. As a Data Reporting Analyst, you will provide insight and decision support to management, providing details analysis both written and verbal and ensuring data is carefully gathered. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager for the Middle East, your role will involve working collectively across different departments such as Facilities, HR, Finance and Procurement, producing detailed reports and development analysis, in order to support the business decision making process whilst ensuring the most appropriate cost-saving measures are presented to senior management. You will be required to collate reports on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis on a range of subjects including, medical insurance, fleet and staff accommodation costs.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will have a ‘forensic mind-set’ along with excellent analytical skills, with the ability to examine and interpret complex information from numerous sources. The ideal candidate will have the ability to deal with a demanding environment, with a capacity to prioritise and achieve business goals. It is expected that candidates will have at least 2 years’ experience in a financial analytical role within a large organisation. You will possess excellent data visualisation skills to produce charts, graphs and dashboard reports, so an advanced level of Microsoft Excel with formulas and functions is required. You will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, Math, or other quantitative field and fluency in English is also essential for this role.
